Echo Mtn.

Echo Mtn. is our amaro and liqueur line, born in the same Arts District still house as Dead of Night but pointed somewhere higher and wilder. Where our gins live at sea level and after dark, Echo Mtn. climbs into California's backcountry: alpine ridgelines, high desert washes, and the bitter, aromatic plants that grow where the air gets thin. The line runs from Alpinyon, our cold-compounded alpine amaro dry-hopped with Galaxy, to Bitter Bloom, a high-proof wildflower liqueur built on herbs and honey-gold intensity, to Desalto, a smoke-and-salt desert amaro drawn from prickly pear, sage, and yerba santa, alongside our bright Echo Mtn. Limoncello. Each expression is small-batch, made by hand, and built to be sipped slow or stirred into something worth remembering. This is bitter as a landscape, not a punishment.
